UCC Pro Vice-Chancellor Calls for Stronger Community Partnerships to Combat Hypertension

The Pro Vice-Chancellor of the University of Cape Coast (UCC), Professor Christine Adu-Yeboah, has called for stronger collaboration among universities, communities and other stakeholders to promote the prevention and control of hypertension in Ghana.

According to her, hypertension remains an important public health challenge that requires collective action from individuals, families, communities, traditional authorities, health facilities, educational institutions and other stakeholders.
