The Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) and the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Cape Coast (UCC), have held a high-level engagement to fast-track the rollout of postgraduate programmes in Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory Science.

The meeting, held at the FDA's conference room in Accra, reviewed draft curricula for MSc, MPhil, and PhD programmes earlier submitted by the School. The FDA commended the initiative and expressed their commitment in the running of the programme.  The programmes which is exclusively at the postgraduate level targets regulators, health personnel and industry professionals.

Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to delivering a world-class programme as the School nears the final stages of the GTEC accreditation process.
