Shipment alert! An #InstrumentalAccess shipment is on its way to University Of Cape Coast (UCC)'s School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences in Ghana .

More than 5,000 pounds of lab equipment will support UCC's plans to launch programs in pharmaceutical microbiology and medicinal chemistry, as well as continue work in drug discovery.

"This places us in a good position to engage in translational research and pursue our drug development agenda. It will help us in our quest to bring products to market from our country’s rich natural resources,” says Robert Peter Biney, PhD, senior lecturer at UCC.

Many thanks to the 18 generous donors and Seeding Labs whose contributions of equipment and supplies will soon have a second home in Ghana!
